Meet Your Coach

Hi there, and thanks so much for stopping by! I’m Benedicta—a mom, teacher, daughter, friend, and someone who’s truly passionate about helping others take charge of their health and live with intention.

I grew up in the Caribbean, where wellness was just a natural part of life. From playing outside with friends to enjoying close family bonds, I was raised in an environment that encouraged a simple, holistic way of living. Still, even with that strong foundation, I found myself facing a personal health challenge: hypertension.

That moment changed everything for me. I started learning everything I could about holistic healing, and through consistent lifestyle changes, I was able to reverse my hypertension naturally. That journey transformed me—and lit a fire in me to help others find their own path to better health.

I find peace in the presence of God, joy in time spent with loved ones, and clarity on my runs or in nature. It all keeps me grounded.

Now, as a certified health coach, I bring both my personal journey and professional training to the table. I’m here to support you—step by step—on your way to a healthier, more balanced life.
