At A Healthy You Wellness & Coaching Services, Our Hours Operation are as follows: 

 

SUNDAY – CLOSED

MONDAY – CLOSED

TUESDAY – 9 AM -6 PM

WEDNESDAY – 12 PM – 8 PM

THURSDAY – 9 AM – 6 PM

FRIDAY – 10 AM – 4 PM

SATURDAY – 10 AM – 4 PM

 

EVENING HOURS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

Our pricing is based on several factors including the extent of your coaching demands, the level of expertise required, and the time involved. We strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining the quality of our services. Payment plans are also available. Please feel free to reach out to us at your convenience to discuss pricing and the specifics of our payment options. We are committed to making your experience with us as seamless and convenient as possible.

To move forward with your coaching needs, we kindly require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. This deposit ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources and schedule your sessions promptly.

Clients can sign up for a fitness or meditation program. Before sessions are done via Zoom whether it be outdoors (weather permitting) or indoors.
