Mushroom Ginger soup


  • 7 cups of homemade vegetable broth.
  • Handful chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • ½ palm size ginger (grated)
  • 6 cloves
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • ½ tablespoon of garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 medium white onion chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of Salt (Celtic Salt)
  • 5 ½ cups of assorted mushrooms (wash, clean, dry, and chopped)


  1. Bring to boil 10 cups of water, along with herbs and vegetables such as pumpkin, carrots, onions, garlic, celery, parsley, chives, green onions, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric powder, all chopped along with salt to taste and avocado oil.
  2. Put as much or very little vegetables as your heart desires. Boil them steamer down,
  3. Remove cooked vegetables, and use this broth for your soup.
  4. Finally, use the broth in a pot and add all your ingredients for the soup as mentioned above.
  5. Serve with fresh chopped parsley for garnish and enjoy with love.
